As the Nov. 6 release of Jay-Z's soundtrack to American Gangster approaches, the rap superstar will grace the cover of the December issue of XXL magazine.

The disc itself will feature guest appearances from Lil Wayne, Beanie Sigel and Nas. Meanwhile, Dame Dash has leaked songs from a shelved Reasonable Doubt tribute album featuring tracks by Kanye West, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and others.
