Erick Taylor (DJ E.T.) : “Club Beatz”

Eric has been in the radio business since he was 13 years old. His first time behind a microphone was in Parkway Elementary School in Miami where he was in charge of the morning announcements in the school's closed circuit radio station "WXYZ".

E.T. was raised in Miami, Fl, and moved to Costa Rica when he turned 16 just because he found a place where he could surf all day, and party all night. At the age of 17 he received his big break when he was hired as an on-air personality and TV host at 103 La Radio Joven and 103 T.V. which was owned by the same company.

When he turned 18, the station added television production asistant to his responsibilities, and immediately sent him to college to study television production. By the time E.T. turned 20, he became the youngest program director in Costa Rica, while working for the same company. For the next 6 years Eric managed to keep the radio station at #1 in the radio survey charts and work as a radio personality, TV personality, and as a marketing advisor to the board of directors of the station, all at the same time, (in other words, no coffee breaks whatsoever).

To make his professional history short, it's better to say that he's been around, and now he is part of BEATZ 106, and you can catch him Monday – Friday from 6am to 10 am on "1st Period", with crazy humour, news, and more stuff that will make your mornings go by fast. (Remember... time goes by fast when you’re having fun).
